Coach. Facilitator. Steward of transformation
I’m Ade Adeniji, founder of Walk With You Coaching & Consulting. I bring over 20 years of experience in coaching, facilitation, and leadership development—working across sectors, cultures, and communities to support individuals, groups and organisations in navigating complexity, transition, and growth.
I was Human Resources Director with Liberty Global Europe, a digital media company, with responsibility for the UK, Netherlands, Spain and Central Europe. Prior to that, I was Head of Human Resources with Guardian News and Media Ltd. I held other HR roles with ITV, the Foreign & Commonwealth Office, Cabinet Office and the Government Legal Service. Previous clients include BBC, PwC, Philips, Financial Ombudsman Service, National Health Service, Netflix, Biogen, Stroke Association, Ford Foundation, Wilmington University, Unilever, Siemens and Jacobs Douwe Egberts.
I am a Certified Daring WayTM and Dare to LeadTM Facilitator – programmes grounded in the research of Dr Brené Brown, exploring themes such as vulnerability, courage, shame, empathy and worthiness. I trained as a mediator and investigator with the TCM group, earning the National Certificate in Workplace Mediation in 2010.
My academic background is in law, with a specialism in employment law. I hold an MSc in Human Resources Consultancy and a Diploma in Group Facilitation, Counselling Skills and Conflict Resolution. I am also an ordained Interfaith Minister and Spiritual Counsellor. I am co-founder of The Quest Collective C.I.C, a UK-based social enterprise delivering personal development initiatives that transform the relationships gay, bi and queer men have with themselves, others and the world they inhabit.
Accredited as an EMCC Coach at Senior Practitioner Level, I am also a Chartered Member of the CIPD and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. I currently serve as Board Member of the Centre for Courage and Renewal and previously served on the Board of Minority Rights Group International.
I walk alongside clients with care and curiosity—building trust, creating space for vulnerability, and supporting transformation. My approach invites people to bring both their light and their shadow, their stories of strength and struggle. I’m passionate about co-creating environments where everyone feels seen, included, and brave enough to show up fully.
Alongside deep personal reflection, I support clients in cultivating habits that sustain emotional and relational hygiene—tending both to their inner landscape and to the ways they engage with others. This helps ensure that insight becomes integration, and growth becomes a way of walking through life. My work also attends to the landscapes we move within: families, teams, organisations, and communities. Together, we explore how clients show up in these relational terrains, how patterns are shaped and sustained, and how transformation can ripple outward when we shift our footing within.
Training with the Centre for Systemic Constellations and the Association for Person Centred Creative Arts has enriched my practice with embodied, creative, and relational tools—offering gentle yet powerful ways to access inner wisdom, navigate complexity, and reconnect with what matters.
